eastenders. kat tries to end it all. what did everyone think?
ok this week everything got too much for kat with this whole uncle harry story that she took a handfull of pills and lucky for her alfie was on hand to call an ambulance. this one i 100 percent blame on moe.
over at the vic stan carter is on his way to the grave. him and mick had quite a moment when mick said that he would remember him as the fish monger. stan started begging to see dean as his dying wish but no one knew if mick had killed dean in the cellar or not. back at the vic nancy told shirley what had happend on that faithfull night 2 months ago when dean was going to set fire to the vic. shirley thought nancy was in on it with mick and as they argued in the bar dean and buster arrived. thats going to cause a stirr for sure over at the mitchell's phil sank to a new low by threatening little oscar indirectly. this was because of the whole max stealing the archies story but once max showed phil the paperwork which ben signed over the garage phil saw red and raced home and forced ben into his car and drove off at speed. once phil returned no one knew if he had killed his son. abi even checked ben's clothing for blood. ben did turn up but in a police car and the officer explained what ben had been doing. found walking naked on a motorway! phil had left him there and drove off. with this max v phil feud will abi have to move back in with max?? i think so! if max does not force her than phil will litterally throw her out. or will she go by her own accord?? anyway this week was a good week. what did everyone think?? |

It was a good week, but I think a lot of people liked it, because a lot of the big characters played a big part.
It comes to something, when people were getting excited over the cast lists, because all the big names were in the episode. For me, every episode should have a cast that everyone is satisfied with, and almost every episode should be a delight to watch, like it was under Santer, Yorke and so on. Anyway, as I said, it was a good week... The Kat & Alfie drama was done very well. Shane & Jessie are absolutely fantastic. The Beale's are also very watchable. Phil is always a joy to watch and I'm liking his feud with Max, and it was also nice to see Carol, Stacey, etc... Get some screentime amongst it. The Carter drama was ok on Tuesday, but Friday's cliffhanger was a 'FFS' moment. I like Dean, and think he's one of the most interesting characters on the show ATM, but when a rapist is one of the most interesting characters, that's definitely saying something... What EastEnders needs a big, gripping storyline. Something we haven't had for weeks now and something we aren't getting anytime soon, by the looks of it . But yes, I mostly enjoyed EE this week.

Awful! Jessie Wallace is a great actress and is acting the storylines she's been given great as always (even though her character - not to mention her on screen husband - have really been getting on my nerves ever since they left the Vic), but my mum pretty much summed it up when she highlighted how ridiculous it was that Alfie was dancing around with her like drip after he realised she'd taken a bottle of pills, when in real life he'd be putting his fingers down her throat or something to try to make her sick!

I think she's a selfish bint who needs a good kicking. I'm really not sure how much longer I need to hammer this point home.

![]() I've said elsewhere I loved last weeks episodes, not just the Kat stuff although that was my personal favourite because of the subject matter being dealt with but it was a strong week all round, long may it continue! |

Jessie Wallace was the saving grace. The Carters were pointless as usual.

I didn't enjoy the Kat stuff at all, especially having to endure Alfie. Can't wait until they leave. |

I thought it was well done actually. The moment where Alfie was holding Kat up made me feel quite emotional actually as I was reminded of their first stint in the show. It's sad to see how low they've fallen from that happy day they left back in 2005. I kind of hope this will be the point where things pick up for them as characters again.
