BUT HOW AMAZING WOULD IT BE HAVING KONNIE TAKE THE PISS OUT OF THE SHOW AND PRESENT THE WHOLE MAIN SHOW! SHE CERTAINLY WOULDNT BE THE BEST SHOULDER TO CRY ON SHE'D PROBABLY JUST TELL THEM TO GET OVER IT AND TELL THEM EVEN IF YOU WIN YOU WONT BE SUCCESSFUL ANYWAY!

That was such a legendary time for X Factor. Konnie on Xtra, Simon, Dannii, Cheryl and Louis on the panel.

I still wish the show had stayed how it was in 2010. X Factor USA wrecked everything!

Caroline Flack will lead this show into it's next phase. She has the personality to carry it forward and make it amazing. It's her opportunity to shine. Olly should not be part of it.

I really want someone fresh and interesting. They should take a chance on someone who's not already presented loads of things like they did with Dermot.

If it has to be someone already very experienced then I would like Davina (she probably won't because dermot his her friend).

They won't ask Davina as she is associated with Popstars The Rivals which didn't do too well - ratings wise however obviously what it produced 'Girls Aloud' turned out to be a gigantic success story,

Caroline Flack is the only person for the job for me. Vibrant, liked and a huge personality. NO OLLY. It'll just turn in to the awkward mess that was XF USA. I think we could see Holly Williboughy as a surprise choice although she is heavily associated with Dancing on Ice. Olly would be HEAVILY criticised in the media for his inexperience and thus would result in a decline in his music career thus Cowell won't take that chance. Philip Scofield is too old.

Cowell loves Ant and Dec, i could see that happening. But seriously NO ONE else. No Vernon - Tess comparisons. Reggie, Zoe, Claudia and Emma Willis are now associated with The Voice/Strictly.


Who i would hire in order of preference and who i think Cowell will hire
1. Caroline Flack ON HER OWN
2. Ant and Dec (Cowell knows Britain loves them)
3. Hollie Williboughy (Well liked, previous XF)
4. Ben Shepard (Cowell likes him)
5. Stephen Mulhern (He sings his praises on BGT)
6. Nick Grimshaw (If he is allowed under contract with the BBC)
7. Jameela Jamil (Random but would work..)
8. Davina McCall (associated with Popstars but still would be brilliant)

I really cannot see anyone apart from the names i have mentioned suiting it.

Another classic. That had me in stitches and cringe as all the contestants started mini celebrating just after she said it and before she corrected it.

I would be more than happy if this happened. She would be ideal.

They only started celebrating because she told them to, at first they were unsure and looking at each other quiet then she said "Celebrate then". Then the next minute she says "I don't know why you are all celebrating" lol

I don't think having an association with Popstars matters cause Cheryl from GA got hired on XF, Marvin from JLS is presenting The Voice...
