Yes I have - full unrestricted speed depending on your local network conditions of course. No 4G but DC-HSDPA available.

my wife was with them till today on her iphone 5s. As good as any other network for 3g speeds even at peek times. Obviously no tethering allowed and it could be a bit jumpy when using services like Sky Go.
