No, but the Mitchells in EE had the same house phone and set of mugs as me for years.

Bernice sometimes wears similar clothes to me, not the salon clothes but her dresses. I often wonder where people on soaps get their clothes from.

a couple of months ago Stacey wore a black and white top from Oasis which l have and loved at the time. haven't worn it since.

In Emmerdale..in the Manor House they have the same lamp has me also another one at Moira's house....Obviously they shop at Ikea

I've got a blanket very much like the ones in the Dingles' house and a sofa throw just like theirs!

One of the houses in Emmerdale have curtains with a green leaf pattern... I bought the same ones from Dunelm Mills but they were faulted and I took them back!

Normal shops. The costume department but the clothes depending on what level of income the characters would have so mainly High Street although richer characters like Chrissie White might have some designer stuff, poorer characters will be Market stalls.

I don't think they are identical but i have a number of ruched tops similar to the ones Chastity wears on Emmerdale. Mine came from Coast.

In years gone by, i had a red fluffy jumper from Principles which was identical to Lorraine Wicks in EastEnders and Kathy Beale had an identical pale pink swing winter coat (from Debenhams) to me through the late 80s/early 90s.

I also have the same design of cushion as Sally Webster although in a different colour. BHS. Bit depressing that one given her snobbish attitude but i still like them.

Yes, i went off wearing the jumper after Lorraine sported it. Lorraine was fairly upmarket as EE characters go bit still....

EastEnders aren't allowed to use brands and I only wear branded clothes. The Slaters used to have the same plates and bowl collection as me, though.

As for Emmerdale, I'm usually too focused on how amazing the show is to care what the actors are wearing!

Obviously they are not allowed to show brand names (though get away with constant Hammers references and merchandise) but they are allowed to but products from normal shops. If they aren't now they used to be able to, i remember June Hudson talking about going shopping for the characters clothes and as i say i recognised a couple of items that i owned in the 90s.

I'm pretty sure i've seen the Carters cushions in Next or BHS as well.

For some reason soap characters always have the same drinking glasses as me. Strange.

I don't think I've ever worn something a soap character had but as I work in fashion I'm always recognizing their clothes from various places.

I've seen the odd piece of clothing that I own.
I've seen quite a few IKEA products being used in EE like mugs and the blankets Roxy & Charlie used after the NYD's car crash.

I have a couple of t-shirts from River Island I think that I've seen David Platt wearing. And one the same as Gary Windass.

I have a t-featuring line-dancing cats wearing sombreros like the one Kat in EE used to wear back in the day!
