I have a BT Broadband account @yahoo.co.uk address and I am able to log in to the BT Website sing this successfully but when I try and log in using my phone using BT WIFI with Fon it doesn't accept it.

Have you tried asking the nice people over at BT or the BT Forums?

Remember that you have to activate BT-Wifi-With-Fon through MyBT before you can actually use it. If you haven't activated it then it won't work until you do.

Have you got a @btinternet email address. Try that.

No just an @yahoo.co.uk but that works logging into the main site as when I tried to go to email it said nome!mail address associated

Give your @btinternet address a try if you've got one. That's what works for me.

Not sure. I got mine when I signed up online for BT phone/internet. Thought everyone did tbh.

Have you contacted BT yet? I log in using the btinternet address I signed up to BT with. I wonder if it is down to the yahoo email migration debacle and yours has got lost in the cracks between their different systems?
