Pedantic but why didn't they make her spell it? Could equally have had "hart" (the animal); in fact that would probably have scored lower for her.
That thought immediately occurred to me as well. If she had had her wits about her she could then quickly have changed her answer from "heart" to "hart" knowing that would have scored far less points.

In the final round, for Presidents of the US who served only one term in the 19th century, I came up with John Adams and his son John Quincy Adams. Both pointless.
