This is the cryptic spoiler that's been given by Blackburn. Which plot do you think that he's referring to? Could it be Simon abusing Leanne? Maddie's departure? Steve and Michelle's wedding? Why on earth they're dredging up this silly "feud" again is beyond me.

By feud I would take it he means they throw another couple of snidey comments at each other before one of them flounces off and then does something really outrageous and offensive, like Tracey drawing a nasty picture of Carla in the steamed up mist on the factory window. Ooooooh, it's going to be a humdinger, i can see it now lol

Realistically I couldn't see how Carla could have a feud with someone who saved her life! I like Tracey in feud mode but I'd much rather it was someone else for realism, Liz perhaps.

It makes absolutely no sense for them to go back to being sworn enemies again. The bus crash was a turning point in the relationship between both women. Even when Carla arrived back from LA a couple of weeks ago she got Tracy a gift from duty free. How on earth can they go back to being at each other's throats again? It is illogical and makes no sense whatsoever. Then again, Blackburn and the current writing team are notorious for stringing out storylines for the sake of it- see Tina's affair with Peter and David's feud with Callum.

Who wants to be friends with someone who for some reason finds pleasure in making nasty comments towards a 13-year old girl? Also Carla is supposed to be the "friend" of Roy and Hayley, who Tracy treated like complete shit in the past and has never apologised.

Tracy may of saved her life, but only because the factory girls where present and asking if Carla was there. The cold stare Tracy had indicated she would of been more than happy to let Carla fall. It wasn't that long before she trashed her office (and again without comeuppance).

Ah, I still remember that hour long episode they advertised last year, which would see Tracy & Carla go head to head. They threw a few boxes, one of them got pushed over, then they were all fine and dandy!

It will probably have to do with Tony and Tracy going after the Rovers, if Tracy and Tony are able to oust the McDonalds that means Michelle is out of a job and place to live which will surely piss off her BFF Carla

It really was pathetic wasn't it? Think back to the the Underworld rooftop standoff between Tracy and Karen back in December 2004, or even more recent fight scenes like Leanne and Carla's showdown in the hospital when Carla confessed her love for Peter during Anniversary Week. They were proper fight scenes...

I can't see the McDonald's losing the Rovers, I mean why would Blackburn go to the trouble of putting them back their in the first place just for them to lose it less than 2 years later?

Then again the gurning one is now one of his golden characters so anything is possible.

I think Carla will give/lend Steve and Michelle the money to save the Rovers and that will p*** Tracy off - it will spoil her plan to get the Rovers.

That sounds plausible.

I like some of the theories about it tying in with Maddie's exit or Simon hitting Leanne but like NELLIENASH, I reckon it's just linked to Steve being forced to sell the Rovers.

- Tracy will make Tony offer to buy the Rovers.

- Tony and Liz will be on their way to the solicitors to sort it out.

- Carla and Michelle will arrive just in time to stop them from going in.

- Tony and Tracy don't get the Rovers because Carla's a brilliant friend.

- Tracy will be fewmin and she will convince herself that Carla has ruined her life again.

I had read a really interesting theory about it linking in with Maddie's exit and both women actually being responsible for Maddie's accidental death. On the other hand, given that both Carla and Tracy were both heavily involved in the death of another young woman just last year, it might be a step too far. We also had Carla helping cover up the accidental death of that Polish worker at the factory back in 2007- death just seems to stalk her character:

- Covering up the aforementioned death.

- Her first husband died in a car crash.

- Her brother-in-law and lover was murdered.

- Her second husband- who killed her lover- committed suicide after attempting to kill her.

- Both her parents have died off-screen in the past few years.

- Her ex-fiancé, who also raped her, was murdered by his mother.

- One of her closest friends committed suicide after being diagnosed with terminal cancer.

- Her brother murdered her husband's lover.

I said this ages ago too, he said Carla will do it unknowingly, so its obviously going to be that

Agreed! I have to admit I did quite like their fight scene from Tracy & Rob's wedding, even though they were probably the only decent 5 minutes if the whole episode.

I'd rather if she buggered off. Tired of Tracy and her childish feuds.

How could they "oust" anyone? Isn't steve the owner? I think liz gave him money, but I don't think her name is on the deeds.

So they can offer to buy it; if he refuses to sell, that's it.

Three words: Blackburn must go.He makes everything sound thrilling in advance but then it transpires to be a massive disappointment: the racism plot, the after effects of the bus crash etc.

Speaking of Maddie, has anyone heard how she's leaving yet? The character has been very quiet this year since the bus crash and has improved a heck of a lot.

i can only imagine that Carla accidentally stumbles across Tracy's double headed dildo, the one she was gonna blunt Liz's head in with. i heard it's a collectors item, Gail has one the exact same but the special edition instead
