LG G3 poor reception

Love my brand new LG G3 smart phone. Does everything I have ever wanted.
EXCEPT. Make a phone call.
I am on T-Mobile in a poor reception area and my Samsung S3 struggles but gets there.
The LG is totally dead. Unless I am in a really strong signal area, it picks up naff all.
I have contacted LG but not heard anything back.
Thinking of sending it back under the distance selling rules.
At least I can make a phone call on my Samsung.

Sounds like a fault to me.

My G3 gives me the same signal I have had on any other phone since being on three... Unless I have had 3 faulty phones in the last 3 years and just not realised
