I recently bought a Samsung H6 series TV from Pixmania to the UK and it seems to be configured for Eastern Europe as they are the only countries listed when setting up. I've tried configuring to the UK in the Terms and Conditions section which works and then set the TV tuning to my region. I then don't have the channels in the correct order (Freeview). Could there be a hidden setting somewhere or am I stuck with it as it is?

This stuff is usually set in the pre- and post-amble to the first time setup.... You know, all those menu screens you skip through Anyway, do a First Time Setup again and just check any menus screens for options to set country, region, etc.

It's very unlikely that the TV would be locked to one specific country as this would make stock management a bit of a nightmare, but if after checking the manuals properly you genuinely do find that the TV is locked this way then you'll need to return it for a refund.
