Rainie is the sort of character who will turn up at Cora's when she's desperate or maybe even if she's cleaned up her act and wants a stable roof over her head. I would prefer it if Tanya returned to help Cora as Rainie is too selfish.

Rainie is selfish but so much more interesting to watch than Tanya, imo.

I hope so to. She needs a daughter but Tanya needs away until max has gone to prevent that repetitive circle.
Tanya Franks is a jobbing actress so a permanent return is unlikely but Jo Joyner on the other hand knows she has EE to fall back upon. Ann has been in the show for four years and as I have said this is likely a break not a permanent exit.

There was a link about Aleks last week but there has been no confirmation about Cora from the BBC or EastEnders.
