Good, pale/pink toned concealer?
I've been looking for a good pale concealer for a while now.
I was colour matched at the Bobbi Brown counter as Alabaster in their foundation but there is no Alabaster concealer. I was told Porcelain was the colour I needed but I find it too dark and far too yellow. I'd been using Lola concealer in shade 001 but this has now been discontinued. Can anyone recommend a good, pale, pink-toned concealer? I need it to be not drying and not settle in fine line round the eye really. |

Clinique's Airbrush Concealer is very good and comes in a few shades and tones - I think they do a pinky-toned one. It's almost invisible when on, but very effective!

Have you tried maybelline age rewind? It's quite dark but blends beautifully.
I use Lily lolo mineral powder and if you are prepared to give mineral a go their products are quite good Colour guide is here http://www.lilylolo.co.uk/assets/images/pdf/005.pdf I'm paler than bobbi brown alabaster and I use a mix of porcelain and China doll foundation in Lily lolo I buy both colours and mix them so go a bit darker in summer I find a lot of pale foundations are neutral or yellow tones not pink toned. I'm very pale. I like illamasqua sb02 foundation but the concealer although having great coverage clings to dry patches and lines so you won't like that |

Benefits Eye Bright is the one for you. It's a very pale pink stick which is meant to be used on the inner and outer corners of the eyes. I use it as a full on under eye concealor and it cancels out blue fantastically. It's the only thing I've found that doesn't settle in under eye creases as well. Lasts forever and has great staying power during the day. I do not set it with any powder thought as it is a very dry pencil. You just don't need to.

Thanks all! Will have a look at the options and see what I think. At least I have a couple of options to try now. I'd tried a couple of ones in Boots etc but everything looked really yellow on my skin.
The Benefit eye pencil looks interesting. |
