Is this speculation, because I can't remember seeing anything about it? To be honest, I'm a bit ... I can't think of the right word .... at the assumption that the only people disabled people can have relationships with are other disabled people. At least when she was with Gary, it was showing that she could have a perfectly normal (so far as we know) relationship.

Unless it was done for comedy effect - races down the high street, terrifying pedestrians, things like that.

you could have them snogging on the shop floor”

Then Carla would tell them to stop .... and that's a quick £20,000 or so damages.

It would be funny if she rolled into the canal in her wheelchair... then swam to the side, climbed out & walked off a la Andy from Little Britain!!.....before disapoearing into the night forever of course!!

I don't really see why a new love interest would have to be in a wheelchair, she does need a SL but Corrie has a history of keeping 'extras' around just look at Sean.

I think she just wheels herself up and down the street all day, does she have her own flat?

Only if they're popular with the audience, I'd have thought. Which doesn't explain Sean ....

I don't understand wehy Izzy was acting like she'd never see her dad again. He is moving to Scotland not Australia. Surely its not actually that far away from Weatherfield. In reality they would still visit each other and Faye would visit Owen too.

I think the actress playing Faye has got better actually she has been adequate with this baby storyline.

No I thought I read it in one of Blackburn's interviews but it was a while ago now, I wasn't in no way saying disabled people can only have relationships with other disabled people that is not my views at all.

It's OK, any criticism was about the writers, not you for merely mentioning it.

When Martin moved to Liverpool no one ever went to visit him, the same when Leanne moved to Leeds.

It takes them all of their energy to go to Tile Street or Inkerman Streeet
