Moz rubs his head off stuff a lot too. He does this thing where he sort of leaps up like a salmon and rubs your hand or knee or whatever's nearest with his head.

I never get mad at her. I do tend to talk to her like a wee child
, always telling her she's beautiful, that she's a good girl & the best cat in the world. We let her scratch the rug or the wash basket which we aren't bothered about, but we have a problem with her scratching the carpet. LOL!! We tell her no, but don't have the heart to raise our voices & she ignores us. She is aware we don't want her to do it so if we get up to go towards her she stops!!! She doesn't scratch any other furniture!!
