Not even Mel or Adric?

Rubbish though they were, no. Smirking River is like fingers down a blackboard for me. I'd give her bloody "spoilers" - and they would all indicate her immediate and irrevocable demise...

The biggest problem for me was that series 6 was all about her. It was too much. I wish Moffat had reigned in his obvious crush on Alex Kingston and reduced the number of River appearances.

Series 6 was suppose to be about her. Finally reveal her true origins and identity.
I liked how she worked with the 3 others. MS,KG and AD. It was a refreshing change to see the Doctor involved in a family. He loved his wife and in laws They loved him back. That's why he was so devastated when he lost them.

That's my point. It was too much, practically overkill.

Haha! Well, horses for courses and all...

I quite liked her personally, but I have no strong desire for her to come back. I'm quite happy with how they have dealt with her story.
