How do I get my I pad to allow access to icons

I have some icons on my I pad, sky, bbc weather, litx bulbs ect and my pad says never allow how do I change this to always

If you want help, you may need to give us a bit more of a clue about what you are trying to do.

Do the apps launch? What do they not allow?

AT the bottom left of my iPad settings page there are 3 icons,Sky go, Bbc weather and a tifx bulb. When I tap any of them on the top of the right had side it says never allow why does it not say always

I don't have any of those, but generally when you tap an app on the left, you see the operating parameters on the right. Presumably "never allow" is a setting for a parameter. What does the text to the left of that say?

I don't have any settings for 'Sky Go' on my iPad and the only setting I have for BBC Weather is

Allow BBC Weather to access your location? - Never/While Using.

Allit says at the top of the page is location never in greyed out lettering

Have you got 'Location Services' switched on in the 'Privacy' settings?
