Number 22 - Lauren, Brad, Josh & Paige

Number 24 - The Brennan Family

Number 26 - Sheila, Naomi, Daniel, Ned

Number 28 - Karl, Susan, Lou, Ben

Number 30 - Toadie, Sonya, Imogen, Nell

Number 32- New Family

Eclipse Apts- Paul, Terese, Amy

I see Brad & Lauren getting together with Paul & Terese getting together.

Lou will move in with Karl and Susan and their Grandson Ben will return.

Mark and Tyler Parents arrive and buy Number 24 with another brand new family purchasing Number 32.

Daniel moves into Number 26 as does Ned who is Brad & Beth's son.

Paul's daughter Amy will arrive.

Kyle, Amber, Nate & Georgia will have all left the street by this time next year.

I'd love to see Hilary move back is she due any more appearances this year?

Hilary is a recurring character but she lives in a retirement village.

Who will arrive this year to replace those who will leave? Could the show potentially have two new families or should one house be a share?

I do think we'll be introduced to the extended Brennan family this year but I cant see another new family arriving and purchasing number 32. A few cast members may have left/are leaving but not enough to warrant the introduction of TWO new families.

I agree with your predictions regarding Brad/Lauren and Paul/Terese but I think if it does happen Brad will move in with Lauren at number 32 and Paul will move in with Terese at number 22 after all Paul already owns that house. The Willis's have that property because the accommodation is included in Terese's contract with Lassiters if she and Brad were to split he would be the one who would have to move out.

Number 26 - Sheila, Naomi, Janelle (discovers shes adopted, Shelia her real mum), Steiger, Darryl (transsexual Lassiters employee, Naomi's friend and possible bank robber)

Number 28 - Karl, Susan, Lou, Ben

Number 30 - Toadie, Sonya, Imogen, Nell, Stonefish,

Number 32- Nick Page, his new wife, Hilary, Mishka (Russian immigrant, possible love interest for Lou)

Eclipse Apts- Apt one: Paul, Terese, Amy, Julie Martin (had mental breakdown, faked death, paid doctors money from Jim's will, ran away, saw Phil marrying Ruth, ran away again. Spotted by Paul when he went shopping out of town)

I agree. After all, the mortgage at Lauren's will be written off / wiped out in the insurance following Matt's death and I can't see Lauren wanting to move.

Not entirely sure about Imogen living with Toadie and Sonya, but maybe that's because I'd love her and Daniel to be together. Daniel and Imogen could live at Paul's current place with Amy, or with Shelia and Naomi, or with Toadie and Sonya... Even if they're not together...
