I would say 9.5/10. Best actor on EE...and he has the full range.

Too inconsistent. His facial expressions are annoying. He tries too hard and it comes across pathetic. I think he takes himself a bit too seriously. |

He's not as good or as bad as people on here would have you believe. I like the character and think that Danny has risen well to the big occasions, although the fact that he works with some of the best actors currently in soap probably helps (Timothy West, Linda Henry, Kellie Bright).
I'd give him 7/10. |

I was always told 'if you can't say nothing nice, then don't say anything at all'.
So, no comment. ![]() In all seriousness, he isn't the worst actor they have had but I wouldn't say he was the best actor on there either, he is fairly limited in his ability but in his scenes with Linda Henry and Tim West you can see a marked improvment, he does up his game when in scenes with them. |

I'd give him a 7. What he lacks in acting skill he makes up for in charisma.

5/10 Average. His looks save him for me as superficial as that sounds.

1/10 terrible actor, has an expression range of two - eyes half closed snearing and eyes half closed smiling and the worst strut I've ever seen on a geezer, lol

2/10 - not a good actor, sometimes I swear you can see his eyes glaring from left to right like he's reading from cue cards. A workmate made me notice it and I see it in every scene now LOL.

Was rubbish in the sack, didn't leave me a tip, dirty feet and his cooking gave me gastroenteritis.

He's quite limited, he only seems to have 2 expressions and his vocal tone never changes to reflect emotion, it only gets louder or quieter. He's not unwatchable though.

The sex appeal factor is the biggest thing he's got going I find. I wouldnt mind rubbing myself raw all over the man.
That said, he definitely plays to type based on his appearance and presence, and it works for him. He's a decent enough actor, but not really award-worthy. I think the fact that Best Actor is now 50% panel voted makes it a non-issue. In general, 7.5/10. |
