I think the others let her get on with it because they didn't want her to kick off.
Contrary to popular opinion on here, Imogen did speak her mind and even go against her best friends if she thought they were in the wrong. Most notably against Glynn and Mikey while standing up for Susie.

Yes I remember after she did eventually make friends with Aisleyne she backed her in the HND. I can't remember exactly but she was in there a while after being evicted and met up with Grace and the rest.

Personally I think she backed the wrong horse being friends with Grace and Sezar but there wasn't much of a choice at that stage and she was happy enough to be friends with Aisleyne later on. I think she was just a little laid back and not massively quick witted rather than incapable of making decisions or choices.

No eviction has pleased me more than Nikki's. Nikki fans were the absolute worst back then. It was brilliant to see her evicted over Aisleyne. Absolutely brilliant!!

Me too. She thought she was there till the end. Partly because Jane couldn't keep her mouth shut which ironically, was one of the main reasons she went. After the sad voice announcement from Davina, that was totally disrespectful to all of the other evictees she begs BB to let her back into the bedroom to get her belt that she didn't think she'd need as she was going nowhere. Then they all assume it's a fake eviction because Nikki is too awesome to be evicted. Finally, she stands outside the door, milking the crowd roar and forcing a heavily pregnant woman to walk up and drag her down by the hand.

It was brilliant! Your description has reminded me of what a stupid woman Nikki was!

Imogen was in the HND after being nominated and before being evicted.

She'd been friends with Ash for quite a while by then (for instance, way back during Aisleyne's "bad week" after being nominated: the week when Ash told Lea "home truths").

I thought I remembered this but I couldn't find it anywhere. I remembered Grace bad mouthing Ash and Imogen saying that she's not that bad or word to that effect.

I felt her and Ash made good friends after Grace certainly but also Nikki had left and there weren't really any other young women to bond with but there could have been some overlap I suppose.

Aisleyne and Imogen were already close before Nikki left. The reason I know this is that I remember the way Aisleyne and Imogen talked about what happened between Aisleyne and Lea after Ash told Lea "home truths". That was the week when Aisleyne had been nominated and was fake-evicted to the HND. Nikki wasn't evicted until two weeks later.

Someone like Dixon or bluntbob might remember something earlier that showed Aisleyne and Imogen had become close, but that's the earliest I can definitely remember.

Also consider that Jenny came in from the HND, and she and Ash shared a bed, at least for a while. So even after Nikki was evicted, there was another young woman apart from Imogen.
