On the tornado front, we do get them but they're usually very small and don't do any damage. Sometimes when people take photographs of stormy skylines, they spot mini tornadoes in the photos - Ive done this, but didn't even see the tornado shape on the skyline until I took the photo - so it definitely wasn't big enough to pick up cows or flatten buildings.

They could have another big storm though, or a crash of some sort -perhaps only a car, but it could cause an explosion depending where it crashed. Or dodgy gas pipes again? It would be good if it could be something accidental, not criminal.

Well Kansas is known as Torando alley, they are expected there I still think its plausible, I did read there was a bad Tornado in Manchester once so maybe the Tornado idea should be saved for Corrie.

I reckon it'll be at the wedding. Outside, some major explosion / bomb or a crash of some kind. Many trapped, several dead.

Im thinking that: (purely guesswork on my part)

Chas and James get married and Emma tries to do something to stop it with dramatic consequences.

Vanessa will lose her baby.

Something will happen to Lachlan and Alicia will have to decide wheter to save him or not.

One of the Sharma's will die.

Pete will either die or end up in a serious condition.

Chrissie will find out all about Robert and Aaron and Robert will kill her but make it look like she has died in the accident.

That all sounds very plausible and if it happened it would be so exciting!

I can see Vanessa losing the baby and Alicia saving Lachlan. The Chrissie thing would be a massive twist too.

I just want to know what sort of accident it could be, it would need to be something very devastating to badly hurt so many people. Perhaps Emma plants a bomb to blow up the venue before the ceremony, but it doesn't go off until later, and catches a gas rig in the process.

Cue "nuclear" blast hinted at by Chrissie. In the carnage, collapsed buildings etc, Chrissie witnesses Robert save Aaron, pledge his love, then offs her / leaves her to die.

They should have a flying saucer land, and flatten moron, jai, vanessa, toxic, lachlan and brenda.
Then the aliens should run riot, knocking on peoples front doors, and carrying them off to the spaceship, never to be seen again...one tries for Ross, who ends up with his hair standing on end!, cain escapes by flinging a knitted poncho over one of the aliens, and debola's heidi plaits stand on end.......Sarahbot runs about with them, and adumb sits cross-legged on the village green, grinning and clapping.. Yoda ends up frightening one of the aliens
Robert is busy plugging aaron, so they are oblivious to all this. .

I'm 90% sure that both James and Pete are going to bite the dust. If James dies, its going to affect the Barton boys and Chas and Emma(especially if she causes it) and Pete dying would make the Debbie/Ross storyline a lot more interesting. They'll feel guilty about their inevitable affair.

And besides, they are useless. They can go.

Oh they seem to setting up like either Emma, Chrissie or Laurel are going to be the cause of it.

Emma cause of James and Chas, Chrissie cause of Robert and Aaron and Laurel cause of her drinking problem.

It's fun to see how a lot of us were quite bang on with our predictions, now it's been confirmed a helicopter will crash into the wedding reception! Also caused by a character, Chrissie, and appears to damage surrounding buildings - or at least the fairground attractions!

I now think Victoria Sugden, Finn Barton and Val Pollard will die - though Val's will not be a complete certainty (there'll be an air of mystery about it). Wouldn't be surprised if a Spencer and a Dingle die as well.
