I couldn't believe it when the nurse was telling me. She couldn't be any older than 22 and she said she'd not long started, a week, so to have this aggressive man in her face was terrifying. I still see her now and again and luckily she's not had anything like that since.

Mind you training generally seems to be crap. There's a lot of emphasis on theory and people qualify with **** all practical experience or capability and can't actually do the job.
