I think we're only just skimming the surface with Emma at the moment. I think she will kill before the year is out and I think it possibly be a Barton, but I don't think it will be her first victim. I think she may have killed her father.

I'm definitely thinking she'll be the cause of whatever happens in the Summer. Chas and James are getting back together too it seems, and with Ross/Debbie seemingly going to have an affair, she'll have plenty of motive to try and bump off a Dingle or two at least.

Maybe there could be some sort of fair at the farm and Emma tampers with a tractor that rolls through it or starts a fire or something?

Please let this be the case I quite like psycho Emma and the wee bit of chaos she's caused so far for the Dingles but if she can pull this off she'd be my hero

I'm with you in this one Janet Can't stand Ross but love Pete, he's one of my favourite characters and I think Debbie;s lucky to have him.

Actress Gillian Kearney who plays Emma is on Good Morning Britain in around 10 minutes.

Maybe as she has already tried to kill Ross (when he was a baby), she goes to do it again but someone steps in and it inadvertently causes the big summer story...

I doubt she would turn on sons..but if she was to I think it would be Pete.. he is the only one that's not accepted her back into their family.... and apart from James it's only Pete that knows what the truth really is from all those years ago...which I still think we have a lot to know..

It would be nice if the producer would let us have one happy family unit in the show; Pete, Debbie, Sarah and Jack for instance.

I also think the likely (accidental) victim would be Pete (which would also heap misery onto Debbie) but I'd hate to see him go. I don't know why the writers favour Finn over him, as I find Finn infinitely more dull than Pete.

Definitely. Sarah and Jack like Pete and I think they are a nice little family unit. Let's hope it stays like this! Also Pete is a good influence on Debbie - since they've been together she's become nicer, softer, not so hard faced all the time.

Finn was okay when he first appeared, he's has suffered the boring sibling syndrome that seems to affect Soap siblings (the younger Barton girl also suffered from it) .

Maybe she could become a female 'Silas' (serial killer from Hollyoaks) but done in a different tone.

Silas and the storylines were some of the best HO have ever produced, and EM doing a twist on this would be amazing.

I hope they don't go the killer route. I'd much rather her kidnap Chas, and try to take over life or something of that nature. There have been enough deaths on Emmerdale we really don't need another.

She will certainly do something very dramatic.
She is evil with a capital "E".
I have to laugh that now she is working at the GP's surgery that she is the fountain of all knowledge on all illnesses/IT/personal relationships. You name it, she knows it (I don't think so!).
Good actress, but a nasty evil character.
