I just can't take the character seriously;she was miscast- she looks too young to be a mother of Pete, who is supposed to be 33/34 years old.

And Finn's 'shouty' voice when he starts getting angry is torture on my eardrums. Goes right through me. I'd definitely keep Pete over Finn.

Count me in for this, I love Pete, steady, quiet and nice. Such a change from Debbie's usual minging criminal would be gangsters, yes that includes Ross, but I wouldn't want him to go. Let us just throw Finn under the bus, and his clinging boyfriend. Boredom every time they appear.

Main reason I like Pete as well is because he has really turned Debbie around, she is not so horrible and nasty as she used to be, Peter has made her "normal Not looking forward to

Hopefully she'll finish what she started all those years ago with Ross. She will instantly become one of my favourite characters if she does.

Hey there! Thought you liked dark haired, dark-eyed, misunderstood bad boys with mummy issues! I love Ross in his scenes with April, and his relationship with Finn. But yes, he's done some horrendous things and sometimes it would be good to see his softer side more often than we do.

I think it was established recently that Pete is 28, Ross is 24 and Finn is 22. But I do agree with you, even though she's in her 40s, she's young-looking for her age, Anthony Quinlan is 31 but looks around 33/34 and when they're together in a scene, they look more like partners than mother and son!

I was thinking that but I think It would be done accidently, on saying that I reckon she could kill Pete.

When pete finds out about maybe mother and son will join forces

Emma's already shown potential with her weapon of choice The Postnatal Pillow. She'd be better going for Debbie this time though - she's more her size. Which leaves Pete strangling Ross with The Duvet of Doom.

To be fair she is a nurse, so she probably has a broad, if not in depth,knowledge of common medical conditions

Personally, I like or could take or leave most characters, but I wouldn't mind if she wanted to turn back to matricide and take out Ross and Finn. I used to like Finn but those 'humourous' scenes where he pretended to be a slob were embarrassing. Ross is just coming across as a whiny brat who tries to be a criminal but is rubbish at it, and hates his Dad not because of cruelty or neglect, but I suspect because he feels inferior to him. At least he forgave Debbie for blurting out the Emma secret, so he does have some generousity.

She can also take out Marlon, Jai and Lisa
