I'm not fussed about having the most "up to date" phone, I'm currently using an Xperia T (2012) phone. My contract is already up, just working out where to go now.

I can get a 5c, £23.49/month, for 1000 mins, 2GB, and unlimited texts.

Does this sound like a decent deal? I'm also considering the z3c, when the prices drop.

I'm not fussed about the camera, I already have a decent SLR camera. This is purely internet (FB, Instagram, Twitter), few games etc.

Almost impossible to say. Both are good handsets. It depends what ecosystem you prefer.

Just down to specs alone, the Sony is much more advanced and the battery is much better. It is also water resistant.

If you like simple, then iphone is always a good option
