Not in an insensitive way at all, but I started giggling to myself!
It was just so random, and came completely out of nowhere! And then Charlie just started harmonising with her. Cringiest scene ever

I did. It was cute but so random. I liked how everyone joined in (well most people) I'd feel odd as I didn't know the song if I went.

She was singing it for her granddad, who she loved! |

Sorry, but it was total cringe city, imo. I wanted to drown in my sofa in embarrassment. And then when everyone joined in
![]() -- to quote Kim "Do me a favour" ! Luckily I was 3 minutes behind so I ff-ed that bit. Someone should have shouted "Oi Sonia! Where's your trumpet?" or "Oi Sonia! Where's your husband?" or "Oi Sonia! Where's that charity money you stole, you thieving cow!!!" |

"I'm Natalie Cassidy. I used to be Sonia in EastEnders, but I'm just doing this now."

I loved the police officer's awkward face while they were singing.

It added some welcome humour to the episode, although I doubt that was the intention.
The super choreographed way everyone proceeded to stand and sing their part just added to the cringe factor. I thought I was watching Eastenders: The Musical for a moment.

It was so embarrassing. It made me cringe especially when the others stood up and joined in. It was awful.

I was chuckling for a good minute
. It was both funny and gloriously cringeworthy. Made worse when people began joining in like some episode of Glee . I was half expecting Sonia to pull out her trumpet from behind her back and start blowing on it .

I'm afraid I did totally cringe hard with embarrassment over that scene. It just felt so forced and, as a PP said, like something from Glee.
My cringe-o-meter has almost shot through the roof this week, between this and Corrie's fearsome Callum gang. If I was a drinker I'd have a brandy to settle my nerves!

I wanted to hide behind my hands and laugh at the same time. I laughed at Abi's face, she looked like she was cringing.

Oh, DTC, what a soppy man
. When I die, I'm going to invite Natalie Cassidy to my funeral so she can keep the mourners entertained with her singing .
