Carphone Warehouse, Mobiles.co.uk or Tescomobile?
I am wondering what the differences are between using the CPW or a site such as mobiles.co.uk or other websites, when buying a phone on contract?
What if the phone has faulty and I bought through mobiles.co.uk? Some of the contracts are cheaper per month via mobiles.co.uk. Any of you guys on a Tescomobile contract with Samsung Galaxy S6? £36 per month and no upfront cost? Worth it? What is the customer service like for Tescomobile? o2, Three or EE signals are fine in my area. Any help would be good, please. Thanks in advance. |

Tesco customer service is OK in my experiences, nothing spectacularly good from them but they've been polite and they've tried to get it resolved quickly. If you get o2 then Tesco Mobile's reception will be fine for you, although o2's network is generally rated lower than EE and Three for data but this will obviously depend where you are.
About the third party phone sellers I am no expert and there'll be people here who can answer this much better than I can but outside of the 28 day exchange policy the repairs for mobiles.co.uk and Carphone Warehouse are handled by Carphone Warehouse. They send the devices off to be repaired under the manufacturer's warranty |

Tesco mobile I can't fault at all. Been with them 6 years now and they are decent. Customer service is decent and helpful, just don't expect amazing retention deals.
