Don't diss the episode featuring Hypno-dog.

It must have been because if that was an attempt at making a good show...........well, they need to sack everyone involved

Great show IMO...hypno dog, hoola hooping woman and brother in tears as he sings ....pretty good then.

Just because something is trending on Twitter it doesn't mean it was good.

That whole 'storyline' of Simon being hypnotised and then being nice to everyone was awful. I switched off in the end

Maybe so, but people are watching it regardless of whether it is good or not, and that is all they are interested in.

All that stuff along with the hypnotizing nonsense made me switch off too. Unfortunately the show seems to going down this route of adding storylines/fake acts into the show.
I think I will give up on the auditions now and just watch the live shows to avoid the fake stuff.

Hypnodog is the kind of act which would normally pop up on More Talent, which embraces the wacky and weird. I'm not quite sure why they aired it on the main show.

Trust me, I've seen worse episodes and this is not anything near "worst".

Some of us who had started off watching turned over, switched off or even fell asleep at that point. What is it with all the joke acts these days? Don't we actually have any talent? Is that it?

Well a lot of people seem to enjoy the joke acts which i guess is why they put them on. You and i are probably in the minority.

It was a poor show every act was average at best and that's being kind

I've already given up on X-factor, looks like this will be the next one I give up on if it carries on like this.

Trouble is you keep watching in the hope of seeing a good act and there haven't been many this year. The choir was good last night, the teenage boy was okay, the hula hoop lady was talented but boring, the rest of the show was just rubbish.

Worst show going. Not gonna watch next weeks. I mean if that is the talent we have to offer give up now. All that shite about Simon being affected by the dig. Not big and not clever

It was, frankly, god-awful!

It was bloody awful, I know the show gets worse every year but this was just bad. No one single talented act at all last night.

First time we've watched it but people on my Twitter TL were raving about Isaac so decided to watch on catch up. Thought he was very good - could see the £ signs light up in Simon's eyes - hula hoop girl was unexpectedly fun and liked the dancers and the choir. Agree Simon and the hypnodog was lame and boring but on the whole it was an entertaining show not because they were necessarily amazing talents but because there was some variety.

I disagree. Revelation Avenue were great. IMD Legion were very good as well, although not quite as good as Diversity or Flawless.

I enjoyed the episode, and some of the acts, especially the golden buzz singers at the end.

Or even DOG-awful
