A mother suspects her husband of sexually abusing her daughter but this is not proved
she kidnaps the daughter and avoids getting caught by dying her hair etc
The end scene is where the CIA/FBI/police find them and arrest the mum dramatically
I THINK( not sure) that the true story at the end was that the daughter went to live with the dad.
