I can't wait too. For all the complaints I have of it, BB made a nice addition to Summer 2014, and I hope this year will be the same.

Oh, yes, so excited to see scum like Helen bully their way through the series and then be rewarded £100,000 for it and crowned the winner of Big Brother.

The show will be tainted forever because of her/the producers pushing her to win/the viewers allowing her to win. I certainly won't be tuning in and will stick with the international BB's.

How anyone can look forward to a show where the producers actively encouraged a group of people to pick on a 18 year old, whilst calling anyone who dared to back her up all the names under the sun, even going as far as booting one of them out without a public vote, is beyond me.

How did the producers actively encourage bullying of Ashleigh? Ashleigh wasn't even bullied in my opinion. She herself could be quite bitchy and held her own in conflicts. And the producers had no say in Danielle's eviction. Yes, it was a horrendous twist but he producers didn't decide the result.

I'm not excited at all - for the first time ever.

BB15 killed it for me - I will give the show a chance but I gave up last year when it became all about the negativity and contrived drama.

I am hoping they have learned from their mistakes but I am doubtful

I think this is a very good post and sums it all up. In fact it seems to get worse every year.

But as another OP has said I do like the DS forum - even though that too has got much more nastier than it used to be.

They constantly set Ashleigh up - showing VTs to Helen and co. of her slagging them off and just generally feeding them info via tasks, really pushing Ash vs. Matthew but giving Ashleigh a ridiculous edit so that viewers would save the appalling Ash just so her plan would backfire, branding Chris 'creepy' and making sure Danielle was evicted by telling Kim to fake a pregnancy, you're never going to win anyway, so come out now, create some headlines and cash in with a mag deal.

The fact is there was a nasty little clique in the house and instead of stepping back and letting them be nasty on there own terms, Big Brother constantly added fuel to the fire and encouraged them to go at one another. To be fair, sometimes Big Brother did give Ashleigh and co. ammo to use against Helen and co. but often didn't take the bait, but you only had to give Helen a nudge and she'd be off on one, and the producers took advantage of that.

I'm actually more disgusted at the producers and their behaviour far more than Helen's or her scummy mates.

One thing's for sure, though, never again will I ever moan about a boring winner. Give me boring over vile any time.
Not that I'll get the opportunity to moan about upcoming winners, because BB lost me as soon as Emma said Helen's name on finale night.

I can't wait for Celebrity Big Brother.

Civilian Big Brother (you can't really call it Big Brother) can piss off though.

I agree with what you've said in this post but not that the producers 'actively encouraged bullying'. You know that statement's untrue.

I too was disgusted at nominations and DR being played to the house as well as outside information. I just grimace at it every time as it ruins the natural progression and allows massive scope for producer manipulation/favouritism.

Right now CBB is on much better form in terms of quality and figures which is odd considering a lot think the selection is awful lately.

BB needs work. BB15 ruined the good work that BB14 did. I'm not excited because I know they will balls it up.

I turned off last year as soon as Christopher was announced in third place as I knew Potty Mouth would win

Can anyone honestly say they didn't see that particular final two coming last year

We should all know what the itinerary is by now in this era of the show:

Launch night twist which will fall flat on its face and every decent confident pretty young lady will get booed on the way in by those morons in the crowd, while the meatheads and thickos get cheered

BB tries to get them at each other's throats from the off with outside information, DR conversations and just general stirring

Then it gets gradually more nastier and unpleasant on the forum when some people don't get the result they want or if they don't agree with the edit or if their favourite is criticised. Not saying that about everyone, but every BB these days seems to bring in newbies who just come in to cause trouble if they don't like what they hear about their favourite housemate

Ma Willis will be cooing every time a boy and girl just even talk to each other as friends

Pointless segments galore on SOTS because they can't or won't show us what is actually happening in there on a screen behind them like they used to on Little Brother and Big Mouth, apart from those far away useless snippets we see in the gallery and the exclusives which we will see on the spoon fed highlights anyway

Really wish it was who stays/goes/wins, we the public decide but now it's THEY decide as it's just their way or the highway

I am prepared to give this series a clean slate. I think that the format of Big Brother is such that it doesn't matter how bad it gets, it still has the potential to start again and do something different and better with a new bunch of Housemates the following year.

So I will be tuning in, at least to start off with, and who knows, maybe they'll have learned from their mistakes. If they have, I shall say no more about BB15.

In fairness, Deana was confident and pretty and down-to-earth, and she was incredibly popular, especially by Channel 5's standards. That was only a few years ago.

I always watch Big Brother and probably always will. Yet it's been a LONG time since I've been in any way excited about it.

I guess am a little. Anything has to better than last years, anything! Couldn't even finish that series, gave up halfway through. Might even watch some classic BB to get me in the mood.

Not enough to win though was she ?

Deana was one of the very few people that I really did want to win.
