Hi I have a hudl 2 and I can't find a setting that will allow me to display my battery level as a percentage next to my battery icon, can anyone help?
Thanks |

You cannot (easily) natively display battery percent on kitkat.
You can get it displayed but involves some advance mods using a PC - see http://nexus7.wonderhowto.com/how-to...ablet-0149770/ Even then, the % is shown in white in the black used portion of the battery which means you cant see it until batter is discharged to about 50%. However, it is simply much easier to use a third party app from google playstore. "battery percent enabler" works on kitkat, |

that's completely wrong based on my experience of Samsungs & HUDLs!
However just to say I am wrong but no explanation is pointless so please elaborate and tell me why? |

on my tab s (running 4.4.2) you just go to: settings, general, battery and tick the box! from memory my hudl 1,2, tab 4, s4 & note 4 were all very similar. - even when i tried one of the pieces of cr@p from Ideal world it was very similar.
