CS - Hope Sally Ann Matthews stays on or returns in the future

The general consensus here is that she is very good to the CS and also a very good actress and character. I also have to agree
I like her, not changed a lot - must have been all that fresh air being a farmer/farmers wife in Emmerdale

I picked up on the look she gave when Maria said she was just a glorified babysitter, there was genuine pain & hurt as well as anger!! We shouldn't be getting excited though cos I bet Blackburn will find some way to make this into an anticlimax, like he has with just about every other promising s/ll he's created!! I really hope there's some proper depth to this storyline & not just that she's a psycho like her Dad & Sopie, Norris, Sally, Rita etc are all proved right!!
I always liked her first time round, she had a real depth of character then, which is why I was looking forward to her return s lot more than Sarah's!! So far I've proved myself right!! Lol!!

Agree about Bethany, though they are in very serious danger of overdoing it with her !! Her razor sharp, catty observations about people have been brilliantly written & she's good at delivering them!! Sarah I've just found immature & irritating, much like the twelve months before she left!!
I really hope Jenny's character is redeemed and they find a way for Sally Matthews to stay. I think she is one if the better actors in Corrie at the moment and that makes me think that The Hat will waste the character.
I can't honestly fathom why Corrie keeps dross boring nonentity characters like Sean, Maria, Chesney, Sinead, Michelle, Anna, Fizz, Faye and Sawphie and wastes the better ones.
Out of all the returnees, Jenny is interesting whereas Sarah and Bethany are just bloody annoying. IMHO.
I would also like to see Jenny's character redeemed to shut Sawphie's screeching gob. Sawphie trying to protect her dad is a laugh after she stole twenty grand from him.
