How would Kat not have known?
I know she was just 14 but surely she would have known she pushed 2 babies out! Or at least heard the second baby cry?

I am sure we will find out in due time. People here on DS expect everything to be answered straight away.

Wouldn't have told her if she was passed out, and Kat's mother told the Doctor to keep the boy secret

It would be quite hard to conceal a second birth from the mother. Kat wasn't drugged up as she clearly spoke about having Zoe on numerous occasion. Complete history rewrite if they suddenly say she was too drugged up to remember.

There were clear references that Kats memory of the labour was hazy, there is most likely an explanation.
I wonder if one of the nuns will turn up to tell Kat what they have found out. |

Maybe the twist is a Kat has known all along. Maybe Kats mum gave the boy baby up because Kat didn't want Harry's son. Too much a reminder of Harry. Father like son and all that.

There may have only been a few minutes between them, and the second delivery is so much easier because the first has paved the way. She would have been told to expect the afterbirth anyway and at 14 probably didn't question what was happening to her.

If it's any help, my mum was so ill after having me she awoke forgetting, completely having no memory of having a baby. Although she was told and accepted it. But she says she has no memory of the labour at all.

Maybe she passed out or was under anaesthetic.

If that was the case I'm pretty sure Kat would've mentioned the boy during her conversation with Sister June.

Kat described to zoe in that now famous scene what happened. Everything tallied up apart from the twin boy
