David Warner (who played the Doctor in a couple of Big Finish audios) and Patrick Troughton were both in The Omen.

Does that count?

Capaldi and McGann were in Hotel together.

Broadchurch had a few. David Tennant and Arthur Darville.
Plus Olivia Coleman and David Bradley, who both had small parts in the show.

Completely off the mark but Matt Smith was in an episode of Secret Diary of a Call Girl with Billie Piper. It's actually strangely disturbing.

Colin Baker and Patrick Troughton were both in Swallows and Amazons Forever.

David Collings who appeared in another Big Finish audio as an alternative Doctor appeared in several Big Finish audios based on Sapphire and Steel as Silver, (the character he played in the original TV series) opposite David Warner as Steel (replacing David McCallum).

It had other actors who have appeared in Doctor Who, but has only had one Doctor actor - which is what was asked, otherwise pretty much everything produced in the UK (and now quite a lot from Hollywood) would be on that list.
