samsung galaxy problem
My tablet, less than 4 months old won't connect to the internet, it was fine this morning.
I've restored it to factory settings but going through the process to where it gets to 'Wi-Fi to see available networks, turn on Wi-Fi' it stays grey instead of green, wont scan and I can't go any further with it. Any Ideas? |

Samsung sent me a cardboard box packed flat, it's just a little bit larger than the tablet. You fold it out into the shape of a box and it suspends the tablet in the middle. A clever idea but it's not obvious at first what you're supposed to do with it, that's if it's the same design.
You can login online somewhere on their website and it keeps you informed of the progress of the repair. |

I did think that a jiffy bag wouldn't be of much use, it would be in a worse condition by the time it got though the postal system. The box seems more likely to be what will arrive., hopefully today.
