Our injuries are getting ridiculous now.
Tomorrow could define our season, we need a win, any win.

Hmm BBC have changed the original prognosis from two to three months.

Time to sell Arteta and sign a decent DM in January.

January can't come quick enough but unless the 4th place trophy's not in any real danger, I can't see ODL dip into the kitty.
The world knows how desperate we'll be for a DM in January so the prices quoted to us are going to be sky high.

No way Arsene will spend unless we're in serious trouble.

He does not need to spend a good loan Dm and striker will do. He has no excuses.

Is there likely to be a ready supply of players able to fit into a DM position available for loan in the middle of the year though?

He should have no excuses. That's never stopped him before though.

Season after season this happens. Any kind of title challenge is undermined by the predictable injuries. We will just have to make the best of it as usual and see where we are in January. I actually hope we get eliminated from the CL and not have to play in the EL. What's the point in getting through only to be knocked out in the KO? At least then we will only have the league and FA Cup to worry about. We simply haven't got the squad to mount a credible challenge in the CL and the Prem. The last thing we need is to be involved with the never ending Europa League and all that entails.

I agree Goodwin, can see him fielding a weak team tonight and throwing away the CL.

A point will be a good result to ensure we don't get EL.

I don't think hos ego will allow ODL to break his 'record' of progressing from the CL group stages, so we'll probably turn up for this.

Ramsey's back, and Ox is also close to returning (according to Friday's presser).

The usual Lars Bender and Carvalho rumours in the papers today. Seems a copy and paste job from last year... Would be delighted with either but am not getting my hopes up. Also, Ajax's Bazoer is a gem for the future, imo.

I imagine there'll be a lot of empty seats, my OH has his ticket on Exchange and there's been no interest - usually his seat goes with 10 minutes.

No players rested. Strongest available line up starting with Ramsey on the bench.

the usual stories linking us with A or B in January. Wenger will be interested only until he sees the price tag.
Is Flamini starting tonight? Aaron Ramsey as a DM is not going to end well...

The olympiakos game to come it unfortunately will probably be like the Monaco away game last season.

If they don't do its definitely Europa league as well now

Does your role as Grim Reaper for English teams in Europe pay much?

I was wondering whats the exact deal with the next game? Do we still need to win by 2 goals over there?

I think so as think it's based on results head to head. Stand to be corrected though.
Can't quite understand why Özil's not being subbed as he is a yellow away from missing the Olympiacos game.

If two teams finish level on points in the group stage it goes on head-to-head, so being as we lost by one goal in the first game, we need to win by 2 goals.
