So how are we going to conspire to lose at United?
Put Kos or Gabriel on martial and we'll avoid defeat. At the very least...

Was feeling quite positive about the Utd game until I looked on here...

It's well established that the best indicator of future behaviour is past action and so, if the last ten years of Wenger hasn't made you confident of our ability to royally foul this up, then you haven't been watching closely enough!

I worry somewhat this will be third time lucky (for Hull that is)

In other news, Lord Bendtner might be off to China: http://www.mirror.co.uk/sport/footba...ndtner-7397535

I think we'll beat Hull quite comfortably, tbh. The way games to Man U, City and to the Swamp fill me with dread, but the game against Man U couldn't come at a better time. They're in disarray at rhe moment and their injury list is beyond Arsenalesque proportions. Keeping Martial quiet will be key.

Two wins from these three matches would be a good return. We've got a good squad to choose from but I'd like to see cazorla back, we've missed him more than anyone else.

Nah, we'll win, probably a dull 2-0 win.

Hull have 2 games in the Championship next week - Tuesday and Friday, so personally I think that will be their priority. Promotion to the Premier League is worth more than reaching the next round in the FA Cup.

Was basing my optimism on the fact we drew and won there last season. Beat them 3 nil earlier this season. Plus they could now be missing 2 of there most important players whilst having a half youth team defence. Plus we now have players coming back. But maybe it's easier to be a pessimist and be surprised?

You don't think we've messed up time and time again in the last 2 years? Who the hell have you been watching? It sure as hell wasn't Arsenal!

It's a long time since I've seen that perma-tanned twassock Phil Brown- and I hope it's even longer before I see him again.

Need to step it here- replays a big no-no.

Careful Kos, don't want to give Mike Dean any more of an excuse to send one of ours off.

Start off well, don't take chances and then fade. Typical Arsenal!

Grandstand finish?

It really is. We have hardly any cutting edge.

It wasn't meant to be. As the fixtures now pile up.

Can't beat Hull at home ............. Barcelona next

A replay it is then. Only ourselves to blame. Another keeper plays out of his skin to deny us. Awful finishing too.

How many chances does this team need to score a goal?

Same old story.
