Yes...that's the obvious slot for it. Then if we do prevail, the 6th round weekend is the 12th March when we are due to play West Brom, so could be 2 cup games in that week. Just have to get on with it.

As an aside with the FA musing over scrapping replay's. I wouldn't like to get rid completely, but would welcome extra time being a feature in the original matches, then a replay if necessary, especially from the 5th round onwards.

Was wondering why it might be on this date but heard on five live that UEFA won't allow any high profile domestic games to play at the same time as the CL. I would imagine it will be on the telly too, terrestrial or otherwise. Quite ridiculous that UEFA can dictate domestic fixtures. The whole issue of FA Cup replays needs looking at though. Not so much the 3rd/4th round but the 5th rnd onwards.

I can see Hull sneaking a win at their place

If only.

Not sure there was any need to start with Flamini and Elneny. We just ain't scoring enough goals...stating the obvious I know but it's costing us. The midfield aren't weighing in which is compounding the problem.

Should have had a penalty but not going to get any decision from Mike Dean even if warranted.

At least we're still in it.

Should we concentrate on the CL or retaining the Cup when the replay comes round?

The fixtures are piling up maybe forget the Champions League as you will get beat by Barcelona

Will more or less be the same team that played today that plays in the replay. CL we will carry on playing our best XI.

I have no idea how an Arsenal fan can be so confident about a result. What can you see that I can't? To me this team simply cannot be trusted whoever the opposition might be. One day we can be brilliant, the next appalling and there seems to be no telling which Arsenal will turn up. We will win at Hull? Maybe, but then again, maybe not!

Totally agree. We were drawn at home against lower opposition and blew it. They will be up for it at their place and as we have seen many times we don't like it up'em.

Take nothing at all for granted with our lot! Yesterday same old issues. Not creating enough good chances and not clinical enough with the few we did have. As mentioned already on this thread the midfield is not contributing and the strikers are hit and miss. Hull yesterday knew exactly how we would play and set up accordingly, like most of our opposition these days.

Good to see we can still rely on the spuds to cheer us up Spose it means less games for them now though...but still funny

Looks like we will be the only replay then.

I would put Chelsea favourite for the cup now with West ham & Everton next.

Well if Watford at home is not an incentive then I don't know what is!

Shearer makes us favourites after the draw...so that's us out then...

Yes the draw was almost perfect for us. The only difference would have been West ham at home.
