We could well be fourth after this weekend. City are flying in their game, and Man U could catch us up, Chelsea are improving.
Crazy season.

If we beat Hull on Tuesday, than they will not have a game in hand over us. Grim is right we could be 4-6th next time we play in the league.

And we have to win 5 more games to definitely finish above Chelsea, something like 7 or 8 to make sure Man U dont finish above us.
Theres lots of football left to play though.

What? Bottle a 2-1 lead against 10 men? Thanks for that dude 😉

Yup they deserve to win it.

It really is Leicester's to lose now. That said, every match will be a bit nervy. Plus they still have to play Man Utd & Chelsea away, though it's feasible they may have it wrapped up by then.

Realistically we need to win 8 out of the 9 games left and not lose the other to stand any chance. I still maintain there will be twists and turns yet though and it's far from over.

Yes, I agree, they have been the best team overall so far. I doubt Arsenal can win it now so I have everything crossed that Leicester can stay at the top.

Henry Winter on MOTD2 extra just now....I think Wenger should step down in the summer.

We started off poorly yesterday but grew into it as the game went on. Coquelin was a fool for both of his yellows and that's what cost us the win I feel. Ospina made a couple of really good saves - particularly the one off Lamela's shin - but looked shaky after his little niggle and he always worries me slightly. Great goals from Ramsey and Sánchez and Welbeck was excellent throughout. Elneny had a good debut too.

Would have taken a point at the start so can't complain especially considering we had 10 men for most of the second half. Very unlikely we'll win the title now - 8 points behind with 9 games to go and Leicester have a better run in. But there is still hope and you never know what may happen in this season.

Yeah I saw that. Surprised a journo has actually had the guts to come out with it myself, he'll feel the frost next time he's at the Emirates.

Definitely. But he was in the Wenger worship camp before this.
Talking of frost, funny to watch AW in his sleeping bag yesterday. He didn't even try to do the zip up, just wrapped it round himself

Tbf Winter and the guys on Sunday supplement always give Aw a tough time.

I don't think they do really, they're pretty lenient considering, as are most of the press.

And Utd lose - what a bonkers season.

It's really plus ça change with Arsenal.

The record against the top four has been somewhat impeccable, in other seasons you could fault it and argue it's the biggest reason why they didn't win the title. The team's undoing this time around has been against the bottom-half teams and failing to perform when the pressure's on. Never capitalising on big results. We saw glimpses against Spurs, where was the fight against United? Or West Brom away? Or Southampton?

So infuriating because Wenger showed yesterday tactics isn't the issue. He set up the team the way we all expected he should, Arsenal rode a bit of luck but looked comfortable when in the lead. It's his unwavering belief that his players will come good. Misguided trust. Sometimes I feel these players need proper instructions and a yelling at. It only comes when the top four places are up for grabs.

Yes I agree. Wenger has always been too paternalistic towards his players almost treating them likes his sons.
