It's also picked up by a reliable Dutch footy site, I'm hopeful there's a deal. Once that's all done, a striker and centre back would do nicely please Arsene!

This signing is fine, but without a reliable striker we'll be in exactly the same position next season.

Something done about self-inflicted injuries and tactics too.

Well done to oldboy Anthony Stokes for his brace for Hibs in the Scottish Cup final. His parent club Celtic will be pleased too.

Our awful away record against Man Utd will continue now the 'special one' is about to be announced as their new manager.

Has anyone here seen Grant Xhaka play, and is he worth the money you are paying for him

Yep. We could sign Messi himself and it'd make no difference with that man at the helm.

Mr Wenger is here at least until the end if his contract, and the incessant moaning and complaining from a section of our club's followers is damaging, disruptive, and to be frank, tedious.

Seems to be the Steel in midfield we need, not another short softie. Not sure what he is worth, but who is these days.

Do not agree with this. Messi can transform any team by himself.

Wenger's problem is not that the team plays the same whoever he signs, but that he doesn't sign any star strikers. A star striker would absolutely take you to the top with Ozil's and Sanchez's assists.

Mertesacker also needs to be replaced. He is a liability and wayyyyy too slow.

Lets be honest. Wengers real problem is that he was/is Happy just to get top 4 and signed players he wanted to. If he really wanted to win the league he would have.

I can't remember who said it, but if England only had one spot in the Champions League, Wenger would win the title every year

Knowing Wenger he'd play him at left back because he wouldn't want to kill Giroud.

No idea what's he worth or how good is is to be honest. Just hope its not our only signing.
