Is it Bayern Munich or Barcelona's turn to meet us in the second round this season?

First decent team we've faced this season and they are giving us a footballing lesson.
Continually losing the ball as there are little to no options for the man in possession. Lucky we are still in this game. |

We'll be very lucky if it stays 1-0, not even watching

Does Ospina have a clause in his contract which explains his group stage cameos? :

That line-up says it all, half-arsed. Wenger has 45 minutes to change it up, but he'll as ever wait until the 70th minute to ring changes!! Why is he allowed to get away with these dreadful performances??? Just like Liverpool on the opening day, and the transfer market............he doesn't set the team up properly and throws the players under the bus when he says 'we're not ready'. It's your ****ing job to get them up to scratch. If he gets another contract, the club should refund its supporters. Same shit, different season!! |

This has to be Wenger's testimonial season.
I feel for the likes of Ozil and Sanchez being wasted under Wenger. |

1-0 defeat might be a bit of a result.

Arsenal in theory just need three home and one away win to qualify. If they beat PSG head-to-head they'd probably top the group. I guess what's frustrating is Wenger's team selection..........says it all about wanting to finish first. He's happy yet again to do the minimum late and will bemoan the R16 draw. |

Not a bad result away from home against the strongest team in the group.

Am baffled as to why he 'rests' Xhaka for one at the weekend then still doesn't start him? Same could be said for Giroud. Ospina in for Cech, well I can kind of see some sense in that. Cech hasn't actually been that great this season and the goal on Saturday prob made up Wenger's mind to go for the Colombian instead.
How long before Ox-Chamb is dropped? Yet another poor game. He should be dominating matches and pulling the strings but he's just been useless like he was last season. He has the talent but needs a kick up the backside. Perhaps he should have gone out on loan too or just sold to West Ham or whoever. Anyway 1-1 is a decent result even if we were a bit fortunate. It's at home that worries me in these group games. We seem to sleep walk into them and wonder why we lost or drew against so called lesser opposition. |
