Well that was brilliant, 9 goals in 2 games now. You just get the feeling we're ironically gonna get Bayern Munich as our 'reward' for finishing top. 😂

The hardest draw would be against Barcelona. Finishing top would avoid them.

Not saying we'd beat Bayern if we drew them but they aren't as strong as they were when they were managed by Guardiola.
You could also get Real Madrid or Dortmund and Juventus or Sevilla

Or Benfica, Bayer Leverkusen or Porto.

Monaco was supposedly an easy draw and look what happened there. Might have been different with the second leg at home.

I think Real will beat Dortmund tonight to take top spot. And although there are no easy ties I'd definitely rather take my chances with either: Benfica, Bayern, Leverkusen, Porto, Sevilla and Dortmund (possibly) than Real Madrid, Barcelona, Atletico and Juventus! We'd be hoping to get Monaco (again) or Napoli. Whereas all the runners up - provided Real Madrid aren't one of them - are beatable. Bayern aren't as good as last season and we know we can beat Dortmund.

I'm quite excited despite all the negative Nigel's with their "but we could get..." and "we're Arsenal, so it doesn't matter."

Negative Nigels.

There are certainly a few of those on here. It's like Addams Family car with the little black cloud over it.

We're most likely to face another team though, but knowing our luck...

I don't mind although my preference would be for Sevilla. Saw them beat Atletico Madrid recently and they were very well organised but not really in the class of a RM or Bayern. Plus it's a nice place for a winter visit!
A lot can change between now and Feb in terms of injuries and form.
I'd really actually like a team we've not met before. I get fed up of Bayern, Barca or Dortmund.
I'd not mind Dortmund's coach mind you, when Wenger hangs up his coat zip.

I'm going to savour as much Sanchez as possible. Counting down the days to his eventual departure. We have been very lucky to have enjoyed a player of his magnitude and I shall continue to watch the matches. Hopefully, we might win something major this season... x.

Poor first half. Only started playing in the last 10 mins really. Bellerin playing really well. Not sure what Coquelin brings to the team at home. Keeps slowing down the play and passing backwards.

Also Lee Mason is one of the worst refs in the league. Stop start with the whistle and he hasn't carded their ref even though he's intentionally wasting time at every goal kick.

Need to step it up in the second half.

Yes Iwobi!
Alexis has (I think) now had a hand in 26 goals in 26 PL games (counting this one as the 26th). That's pretty damn impressive

Top of the league!

Very quiet in here. To be expected I suppose.

Yep. Where are the moaners? Upset that we're on a good run I suppose.

Top of the league. Top of the CL group. Not much to moan about.

People who moan about a lack of moaning. Ironic.

Oh, here's one!

Hello. What is your opinion on our recent run?

Very nice. But as always, I think it's best to keep level headed about it all. There have been false dawns before and I've learned from those experiences.

Consistency is the key.
