Bog standard predictable dead on 70 minutes substitutions and loads of flapping his arms around like a demented chicken arguing with the 4th official.

Standard.

thought it all went away from us with the subs in the usual 70th min. Not so much Giroud on for Theo, but Iwobi on and Ox off. If Ox was pulled, it should have been for Perez. All our attacking momentum was destroyed, we got slower, Alexis started giving the ball away and from then on, Everton were the better team. If/when Chelsea beat Sunderland, they are 6 points ahead of us.
We don't exactly work the keeper much do we? And although we concede from corners, when did we last score from one, or even threaten from one?!

Sigh, it was like the "old" Arsenal Drop points against a team we're "expected" to beat....
Think we underestimated Everton at our peril. Should have had a penalty in the last minute though
Oh well, the winning run was great while it lasted.

Ashley Williams is the bane of my life I swear. Did the same with Swansea last season too!

Seems we can't rid ourselves of these types of performances. The whole team seems to be infected when this happens and when its happening we can't do anything in the game to change it.. Just have to move on I guess.

We underperformed while Everton had their best game of the season.

It was frustrating enough to watch, without that fking arsehole Steve McManaman and his annoying scouse accent. That had to be the most bias commentary I've heard on a football match.

I think City will suit this Arsenal team better than Everton. They like to attack. Arsenal can be deadly going forward. They'll have alot of chances I think.

not so sure on this one, although being 6 points behind Chelsea, the pressure is off. Still convinced too many players underperform when the pressure is on.
No Mustafi is a problem. Them not having Gundogan is an advantage.
Sanchez and Ozil showing signs of fatigue midweek, which is more of a worry with the Xmas schedule.

Yes, I too think we'll have plenty of chances, especially if the play their 3 at the back and our attack's up for it. Stones will probably give away a chance or two as well, just a matter of taking them.

Mustafi's a big miss, but Gabriel's not played badly in his absence. Gundogan and Aguero are probably more missed from their side, so we're definitely not without a chance. Hopefull Palace can do us a favour, 9 points behind will be tough to claw back. Hopefully we can give the likes of Ozil and Sanchez some rest against Stoke.

Alexis Sanchez has scored 41 times in 81 PL games - in 3rd place behind Ian Wright, and The King:

Predictable that you'd be in here slating him at the soonest opportunity.

Predictable that you'd never hear a bad word against the messiah.

Standard.

Hayden does have a point, we'd been performing well and getting good results, then a tough test and he reverts to type, Koeman was tactically superior and that was where the game was won.

Have we entered or are entering the annual slump, yet again?

We'll soon find out.

Don't want to overact but a loss today and staying nine points behind is already going to be a pretty big gap to claw back. Really hoping we put on a performance today. Need to sort out our inability to keep a clean sheet too.

Great start but defensively we look very fragile.

Agreed. Can't hold onto the ball either.

Need another goal for a cushion as we invariably concede.

I think we will get chances to score again. We've not kept a clean sheet for something like seven games with Cech in goal. That's got to be a worry. City's defence is poor as well. Alexis has a knock which we could do without as well.

Bottom line is both teams look dreadful defensively and it's little wonder why Chelsea are heavy favourites for the title.

Not surprised by Wenger's 'handbrake' gameplan..........the offside goal will just be used as an excuse as to why performances 'dropped'.
