Should have been a pen. Decisions going against us so far this season.
Yes, playing some good stuff though.

Mitrovic sent off now. Got to be 3 points today.

Shinned it. We are in desperate need of a clinical striker.

No chance of us making it easy for ourselves for once I suppose?

Wenger isn't great for altering the tactics when facing 10 men and not 11.

He just let's them play and hope Arsenal will score instead of expect.

Sad thing is Arsenal looked good against a 11-men Newcastle. Brainless when it comes to 10, no width or pressing.

Walcott missing chances. Giroud inevitably will come on, have a hand in scoring and Wenger will respond: "We don't need any reinforcements, my squad is strong".

*sigh*

Interesting stat from the BBC they say including blocked ones we have had 71 shots in the PL so far this season and scored two goals (one of them an own goal).

Our measly 5% conversion rate is plummeting.

Of course what that doesn't necessarily tell you is what sort of quality the chances are.

Harsh on the Ox if it stays as an own goal. Will take it though!

We need to give own goals a new contract!

Right at the end Giroud should have scored. Our problems in a nutshell really.

Pretty boring game and made hard work of it but job done. A better striker and tactics and it would've been more. Best refereeing performance in a while, bar the penalty.

Watch a striker being panic bought in the next 48 hours.

It won't be who we need, won't be a great update on what we already have and, in all likelihood will eventually be sold in the next couple of years having dismally underperformed.

Inexcusable management but really, who is surprised?

Haha still only Giroud who has really scored for us.

Walcott had his chance to cement his place in the team with two decent chances. Took neither.

Gabriel looks good. 2 clean sheets now. Hope he stays in as he's a better defender than Mertesacker imo.

Wrighty doesn't think we'll sign a striker. Hope he's wrong.

I've been impressed with 'own goals' so far. Same with that 'E X Tras' who batted for Australia this summer.

A wins a win, but 22 shots only 1 goal (an own goal) is pretty awful. We need a striker and DM, desperately.

Surprised Ramsey was MOTM today. Would have chosen Coquelin or Gabriel. Solid game from both of them.

Say what you want about Ozil but our passing was average without him today.
