The league is there for the taking, we knew this for weeks now.

City losing to West Ham shook things up and proved they weren't invincible. But they have the best striker in the league. And goals win games.

The Arsenal squad isn't that bad and Neville's right, preparation is the key. But Wenger being Wenger will take no notice.

Tomorrow can go either way. Win and dare to dream. Lose and another opportunity wasted.

Watching Mane today made me think Walcott could learn a thing or two from him and add aggression to his speed.

Also Pelle actually holds the ball up for his team unlike Giroud.

The overall performance from Southampton was food for thought. They had clearly prepared and had a plan and all the players were up for it. So often we appear just to put players on the pitch and leave it up to them to decide what to do. Will be interesting to see how we start today.

They really did seem full of energy, willing to work hard closing Chelsea down. Almost like they prepared for the game. I hope Mr Wenger has taken note.

The game could go either way today but I'm expecting a sending off somewhere very early. Not sure what team though.

2-2 I reckon

Wenger is too stubborn and arrogant to have taken note of anything! The team today will play exactly the same. No prepared tactics for the opposition. It'll be the same ol' case of playing and hoping for the best.

Of course, I'd like to be wonderfully surprised but won't hold my breath!

Honesty have no idea how it will turn other than saying I'd be totally amazed if we kept a clean sheet.

You're right Tiron - that's exactly what's going to happen. I reckon they will score early & we'll then be chasing the game. I'm pretty much dreading it and will probably watch from behind a cushion

You'd think they'll be up for it, seeing how the league is currently going.

Anyway, I'll probably watch same way as you.

Don't know how much more we can take, but we seem stuck until the end of his contract. Shame.

This always seems to happen. If not early, then first. It's actually really frustrating.

Anyone else have a lack of excitement about these fixtures nowadays? I think I'm at the stage it doesn't make me nervous, more just curious to see if we turn up or not. I suppose the repeated lack of consistency has just taken the edge off it for me.

I still get a tinkle of nerves, but those are winnable games on paper that conceivably end in defeat.

The thing about Arsenal now is they are so predictable it's a surprise anyone is surprised that they chuck away a game or a player does something stupid.

Great start. See if we can avoid conceding now.

Afraid of that.

A third goal should settle the nerves a bit more.

This reminds me of that 3-2 game in 1997.

Really like Theo's decision makings.
