Just got home to watch the game. Surprised to see Gabriel drop to the bench for Koscielny to come back in after a hamstring injury. Thought Gabriel and Per did well against United before the international break.

Gabriel has been unwell.

Makes sense. He hasn't made the bench.

Koscielny showing why he's our best defender. Underrated in the PL.

Harder to miss than score there for Ramsey.

Which Arsenal will turn up today I wonder?

Slow and laboured, or fast and dynamic.
Think we have our answer.

Only started watching 20 mins ago. Rambo's busy, Bellerin great little player. Feo not too involved.

It will be good to see what Arsenal comes on for the 2nd half. Watford will hopefully tire soon and pick up a yellow or two. That will give us a bit more room. So far, they're closing everything down. 2-0, I hope with Giroud getting one from the bench.

Have to remember, Watford are defensively strong, hardly ever score, though.

Should have scored at least one, the Ransey chance.

Suspect Arsene will push the fullbacks up as the second half prgresses and we need Giroud in a game like this; tailor made for him in the last 30.

At the game - normal service has been resumed.

On another matter, we have our fair share of knobhead fans. Bloke behind me asked his friend who Graham Taylor was & his mate in all seriousness replied "wasn't he the one who broke Eduardo's leg".

Anyway back on with second half.

Exactly. Too simple to say because we haven't scored we're reverting to type. Watford are no pushovers and they're working extremely hard to keep this 0-0.

Have to take one of our half chances though.

Watford have defended well. But Arsenal have done little to trouble them.

Tiredness? Complacency? Don't really get what's going on so far. Hmmmm.

I don't think it's been terrible from us- we need to get it moving a bit faster though.
Ozil and Walcott have been anonymous.

Very impressed with Watford- what they do isn't pretty but they do it very well.

Just popped out of the room to get my dinner and complain it's 0-0 only to come back to see that I missed the goal... Ah well, missed all three last time.

Merts is painfully slow.

2-0 now! Giroud from the bench, who'd have thought!
