A sensible manager would be taking Sanchez off now.

Woohoo Ramsey gets his first PL goal of the season!
3-0. Massive 3 points. Impressive on the back of a tough international break. |

Cazorla has been the standout performer tonight. Such an intelligent footballer.

Clear we need some more bodies sooner rather than later. Arteta looks bad, Merts is v slow. Had anything happened with him/Kos/Coq, or we had a bad International Break, we'd have been screwed...
But great 2nd half and 3 points in the bag! |

Very small squad to work from.
Good win, today's match and the previous one against United pretty much showcase what needs to be done in order to win the league. |

Which is why AW has thrown away the CL by playing our fringe players to fully concentrate on the PL.
Strange as we have the money to strengthen the squad to push forward on both fronts. |

Agreed, I think an injury to Cow would be a huge issue, Flamini is too erratic and Arteta looks to have declined a lot.
Cech seems to be helping settle things at the back too. Hopefully, we'll do some business in January. Carvalho would be a great signing but I read somewhere that ODL's also looking at Bazoer at Ajax. While he's a great prospect indeed, I'd rather buy some quality. Schneiderlin was available and fitted the bill perfectly, but that ship has sailed... Up front and in defense, we're also light so it's a case of keeping everyone fit and hope for the best. |

Seems as if AW is just going to forget about the CL on Tuesday and pick a weaker team *sigh*

Just seen abou diaby playing for Marseille, glad he's back on the field.
Surely a better back up to Coq than Flamini/Arteta are? On that note I'd like to see chambers being converted into a DM as he has the strength and some speed to make him an asset there. |

Surely you are joking re Diaby? I mean he's the last player I would want to see flying into 50/50 ball winning challenges. He'd be back in the changing room before Arsene has put his sleeping bag on...
I mean if fully fit, in body and mind then he'd be an asset. |

Diaby?! http://www.getfootballnewsfrance.com...njury-setback/
I've saved the highlights of yesterday's game. I was at the rugby :O Busy shouting for Scotland right now (to a Bok fan, Australia are the equivalent of Spurs or even Chelsea) |

If we don't win on Tuesday, then field weaker teams thereafter to avoid coming third, but I think he still has to give this next game a proper go. If anything, I would have thought Bayern might rest a few key players. |

had a look last night and there were 100s of seats on exchange. £64+fees for lower tier right behind the goal though
![]() I read that Ospina is injured so Cech has to play. Bolt door...horse bolted etc etc |

I was at the rugby :O Busy shouting for Scotland right now (to a Bok fan, Australia are the equivalent of Spurs or even Chelsea) I'll be at the Emirates tomorrow for the bayern game, as my boss gave me a free ticket if I accompanied them to the game (what I do for Arsenal v Bayern! ) My dilemma is that I want both Bayern and Arsenal to make it through to the knock-out stages but Bayern are my team, so I'm slightly torn.Glad Cech is playing. I was actually scared to watch what Lewandowski would do to Ospina...

So, which Arsenal do we think will turn up tonight? This is realistically a must-win game to keep 2nd place a possibility. We've done OK against Bayern, but only when the pressure is off.
Hopefully, we'll be up for it and Bayern will leave a few key players out as they can afford to. Would like to see Kos and Gabriel as the defensive pair, Merts is too slow. Going for a 2-1 win. |

It's one of those that you know if we're on our game we can win, being as Bayern are certs to go through in 1st; but knowing us we won't take full advantage of that. I'm going for a 2-2 draw with a late Bayern goal denying us 3 points.

The players and Wenger underestimated Zagreb and Olympiakos. However I can't see him play an under strength side.
With us in form too I can't see us losing. We tend to raise our game against Bayern. They are superb at possession though however that might suit us playing on the counter with Theo and Alexis. |

Full strength starting XI; Cech, Monreal, Bellerin, Coquelin, Alexis and Walcott start.

Can't see how Bayern will lose.
If the players can't raise their game for this, a home match against a proper European side, serious questions need to be asked of them and the manager. |
