Could have been worse but could have been better too. Losing Walcott is a big blow esp for the BM match but there you go. Just hope it is 3 matches!

So how will the right side look in the next few matches?

Campbell with Bellerin behind? Campbell offered nothing against Wednesday.

or

Bellerin with Chambers behind? Don't forget he had a hard time with Montero last season.

Both sound as bad as each other.

Bellerin with Debuchy behind is what I would go with.

Chambers in defence = recipe for disaster.

ODL has suggested that Campbell and Iwobi could play there. He also said that Santi could play right, but that this would result in a problem centrally.

Agree with Elyan (!!??!!), Debuchy in defense and move Bellerin up front. Best we can do with the squad as it is.

The Telegraph did an article on the top 20 EPL players in terms of injuries, we got 8 in that list (including some who have left us now)...

Which makes sense apart from the fact that Debuchy has been absolutely atrocious when he has played this season.

True, but the alternative is Chambers.

I think he has to go with Campbell to start with. Hopefully he'll play better with the quality around him, than he did with the youngsters at SW.

Blimey, if he can't a look in in this situation, it'll be devastating for him.

Apparently, ODL is looking to recall Gnabry from his loan. Makes sense.

Going to cut some slack to Chambers, Debuchy, Campbell etc. When you hardly get any game time then it's difficult to get any momentum going. The loss of the reserve league or whatever it was called isn't conducive to the players if they are just doing training and sitting on their backsides on match days. There's a decent player in Chambers but do think his confidence has been shot a little, knowing he has to impress when's given a rare opportunity in the starting XI.

There's talk of Gibbs playing on the wing for the time being. Think we should prevail at Swansea but really need to be on our game. And please no more injuries!!

Agree, but it's all about chances. Chambers had a chance and unfortunately fluffed his lines and has never looked adequate in defence. Debuchy had his chance and then got injured and someone better came along. As did Gibbs. I don't think Campbell has ever been given a proper chance though.

Thing is with Gibbs history he's likely to end up crocked too. He's not someone we can rely to be available for any sustained period and has had loads of muscle injuries.

If someone said at the start of the season that we could be 14 points ahead of Chelsea by November I would have snapped their hands off.

The defeat against Chelsea was so predictable. Start off well, let Chelsea get a feel of the match, stupid sending off, concede.

That Chelsea loss will be one of the biggest disappointments of this season. They are so shit at the moment.

Why Wenger still picks Mertesacker ahead of Gabriel is a mystery to me.

Swansea have been the better team first half.

Amazing desire from Bellerin to get back https://twitter.com/afcstatsman/stat...82209875275776

And Joel in on the act!

Ozil proving his worth. Big big win.
