3 Home Signal Down
Looks like 3 are having issues with the home signal box. I've noticed intermittent connectivity on mine over Friday and Saturday, with a complete loss of service this morning and afternoon (Sunday).
Friend of mine is also having the same issues with his and lots of reports on Down Detector. Anybody else experiencing similar issues? |

Just tried the InTouch App to call 333, got a recorded message saying they're having problems with their systems right now and thus can't take my call.
Just made a call to a standard number and that is connecting and functioning fine. |

Not for me. Green light on the box, full signal, everything seems to be working.
I was having issues with data away from home yesterday though. |

Mentioned about this in a different thread. Mine is also down. According to Three's Home Signal line they are aware of the problem and are working to fix it...

Im sure the Home Signal service will be discontinued at some point in time as they have the In Touch app. This outage is perhaps a bit premature!

Mine is still just flashing away green and has been for a couple of days.
If they can't get it sorted I will be off when my contract is up as can't cope with the crappy Three In Touch app. |

Given its still offline I reckon its a bank holiday weekend and the IT department / engineers are on holiday! Maybe back on by Tuesday?

I'd hope that 3 has network operations people in the office or on call regardless of the holiday.
Having worked for the company who makes the technology behind the home signal (in a different department but the process should be the same), if 3 contacted them to say "help it's all broken" they'd be getting people to come into work or on the case from home via VPN |

The red light is on mine too despite a reboot.
I called the special Home Signal support number 0800 358 4828 & there is a recorded message saying 'We know that you are having problems trying to connect to the Home Signal box. We are sorry for the inconvenience but we are working hard to fix this as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience.". I hung on for a few minutes waiting to speak to a human but got fed up. At least the Three InTouch App seems to be working OK so at least I am not missing any phone calls. However InTouch is not a proper replacement for the Home Signal box as texts get handled by the app not by the native iPhone messages app. |

They probably have to pay an engineer extra to come out today, so dragging it out till tomorrow for someone to go and and turn the Commodore64 running the system off and on again.

Mines been dodgy since Saturday... On and off all the time
Non-existent now... Constant flashing green light now, I'm sure it will be sorted tomorrow. If everyone is aware there is an issue, it's early to find on Twitter or Facebook, I'm sure it won't help fix it quicker by everyone ringing them. Like it has been mentioned, not ideal but the Three In-touch app can be used, but it isn't really a long term fix. |

Mine is working as I write this now, but I won't get too satisfied given how intermittent others Home Signal here have been.

You're optimistic! It's May Bank Holiday, so I'm not holding out any hopes for a resolution before June.
