Mine's back to normal.
Same here (hope it stays that way).

I did not make any phone calls to Three either.

Mine is still not working, and I phoned on 08003584828 and my flabber was gasted (as the old saying goes) because I got through to a human in 3 seconds!

He said they are still having issues. Apparently several servers crashed including business servers (hence 333 message recently I presume). Most of tehse have been fixed but they still cant get the Homesignal server working.

He said they are still having issues and are reluctant to give a deadline, saying they had failed to meet an internal deadline for yesterday. However, he indicated they thought it would be fixed within 24-48 hours.

He told me if the box light is flashing yellow, it is trying to connect to a server, and there will be no need to reboot/rest box etc. - it should just connect. If box light is a steady red, you probably have to reboot/reset box.

On at least one website, allegedly somebody from 3 claimed problem was fixed - this is definitely not the case.

Anyway, the guy I spoke to made a £5 credit (other apparently have been credited £10) to towards my next bill!

It's normally very quick to get through to the people on the dedicated 0800 number.

If they're handing out credits perhaps I should call in and complain about mine not working too

I've had no service since I got back from the polling station, though my Home Signal light is constant green!

Correction: It WAS constant green, now after a reboot it's flashing green.

Ho hum, guess the outage problems haven't been completely sorted yet then. Weird though that I had a great signal from Monday afternoon up until before I left my flat this morning.

It's supposed to flash green (slowly) when operating normally (with a phone connected).

This is the rapid flashing that means it's supposed to be connecting to the Three network.

Called the 0800 number and the automated message about the problem is still playing, so didn't wait to speak to an operator. But I will want to talk to someone if it's not dealt with soon, especially if Three are giving people bill credit for the inconvenience. My contract is up about three weeks and if they don't sort this issue out, I am off elsewhere.

This.

My situation: Living in Central Manchester, I get no signal indoors. There are particular parts of Central Manchester outdoors where signal is "1 bar" and streaming, loading pages is a struggle. At relatives in Bristol the mast covering the area randomly (several occasions now) is offline for days a time without any explanation. Signal box has been offline for days.

Not looking good for Three.

Still no signal, though at least I got an email from Three promising to get back in touch as soon as they have an update on why it isn't working.

They have until the day after I get back off holiday to sort this out, May 31st. That is more than enough time for them to sort their shiz out. By then I will be out of contract, and will move to another provider if I am not getting a signal at home.

Mine's working OK & has been since the original outage over the Bank Holiday weekend was fixed.

If you're still having issues, ring the number. There is no longer a general outrage.

Another bank holiday weekend, another Three Home Signal down scenario...

Woke up to "No Service" on phones and steady red light on the box. Reboot gets a long period of rapid green light flashing and eventually back to steady red light. Called 08003584828 - recorded message saying that "we know you're having problems blah blah blah"...

Looks like the team from HSBC Business Banking is moonlighting on helping Three with another infrastructure upgrade!

Mine isn't working either, but I had a steady green light.

I was also having problems getting a 3G signal away from home, so I wonder if something bigger is going on
