I'm presuming it will be revealed that she & Lucy had a fight on Good Friday.

The alcoholism storyline could be interesting, she's way too good for Martin though! How about she finds out about Bobby and Lucy, that was quite an interesting dilemma she had with Ian and Jane.

The 3 families which are struggling for stories at the moment are Brannings, Foxes, and Masoods. They should somehow throw them together, then into chaos. perhaps...

Diane / Max / Masood triangle

Diane marries Max, Abby isn't happy and tries to make Denise think shes going mad, drugging her etc

Diane accidently runs over Masood. Then she gets a letter saying Lucas has escaped prison, and then a gang of young guys harass her. She then gets a stalker and shes terrified as the suspect list is so big. It turns out to be Tamwar.

Libby and Lauren get kidnapped by pirates on a trip to Cuba

Apologies for "bumping" an old thread of mine but I need to understand why they can't give Denise a decent story? She gets minimal screentime these days and I don't want Denise to be a background character. I am very biased because Denise is one of my favourites but why is she always sidelined? If the writers/producers read the forums, please give her a new story. Denise was excellent/fascinating last year and Diane deserves better than this. If this continues, then I wouldn't be surprised if Diane decides to leave EastEnders

DTC needs to give Denise a big story. Diane is being wasted.
