The HMs nominate to evict, therefore logic dictates that we should vote to evict.

Well, when the HMs are allowed to nominate; an increasing rarity nowadays.

I've always preferred vote to evict.

For me the nomination process and how it's manipulated is the biggest issue, we can only save or evict if a Hm is nominated and the producers will always protect the Hm(s) they want to continue in the show .

Love vote to evict. Feels more fairer

Vote to evict is the only way for me, anyone who supports vote to save ought to remember times like in BB8 when Hira was so unfairly evicted !

that shocks me coming from a Nicki grahame fan. she could well have won her series had the voting system been different.

Hira was not unfairly evicted. She received the least votes out of every single housemate, how is that unfair ?!
its more unfair to allow radar dodger to coast to the final.

this forum is so behind the times.

Not while Pete was there! While its true that had it been vote to save in BB7 Nikki (note correct spelling ta!) would not have gone when she did, I've always preferred vote to evict and i would be a hypocrit if i only supported it to save someone i like! There were some horrible hms in BB8 who should have gone before Hira.

I'm not bothered either way, as voting is truly pointless unless you are betting, bored, or tired of having a few extra quid lying around. I am resigned to fact that BB's selective editing is directly responsible for the eviction results.”

Usually, but not always. BB12 and BB13 series were vote to save.

Personally I can't say I prefer one over the other. It depends on who's up for eviction - I don't just mean when it favours my preferred housemates, but rather what makes the week less predictable as it's more exciting to watch.

The housemates who 'aren't popular' are the ones that actually do/say things. VTE means you can just do/say nothing and coast underthe radar straight to the final

Remember the crapfest of 2013? The most interesting HM (Sallie) went first, the show was tedious all summer and you got the most boring winner ever (Sam)

Who gives a toss about Channel 4, they haven't had anything to do with BB for 5 years. VTE was a disaster then and it still is now

If the producers aren't happy with who goes up they'll just change the number of housemates facing eviction anyway, so I'm not really bothered.

except to the 'dullard enablers', if this forum had their way we would be watching BB4 every year.
its so dated, the only good thing C5 HAD done is bring in vote to save.

this is what really pisses me off the most, more than any voting system, why cant they just have set rules ??!! when its VTE i would rather there just be 2 housemates up each week, but perhaps with a twist - where the surviving housemate is immune the week after - just to stop the same people going up every week.
would probably stop them coming up with these bloody awful twists each week and picking and choosing who goes up for eviction.

Does it make any difference - the chances of having one normal nomination and eviction, let alone a whole series worth, are slim to nil anyway!

Sorry but I will always prefer Vote to Save I actually think it's a lot fairer to people who are actually giving something to the show weather it be in a positive way or not rather than the people who hardly do anything the whole series and end up breezing through to the last week.
